2015 Gold 12 inch MacBook Working with Issues

This 2015 Gold 12 inch MacBook works but has some issues. It''s pretty slow, is missing all but 2 of its bottom case screws, is missing the space bar (but still has the dome part that makes it still work), the c key is worn (but all keys still work, though the 7 key is a little sticky), the battery is at over 900 cycles so doesn''t last long, and the screen flickers with these horizontal bars (especially when opening more than one app). However, it does still work and has a 1.3 GHz Intel Core m3, 8 GB RAM, and a 512 GB SSD. Let me know if you have questions!
